## 1. Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available).
- Bank transfer (available upon request).
⚠️ All online payments are securely processed through **Stripe**. We do not store or have access to your card details.
## 2. Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but once your order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed.
## 3. Invoicing
- A digital invoice will be provided with every order.
- If you require a VAT invoice, please request it through our Contact page after placing your order.
## 4. Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order until payment has cleared.
## 5. Failed or Delayed Payments
- If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received or verified.
## 6. Refunds & Adjustments
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only via **Stripe**.
- Any billing errors must be reported within 7 working days of receiving your invoice.
## 7. Fraud Protection
- To protect our customers, we may carry out security checks before processing high-value orders.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be cancelled.
## 8. Governing Law
All billing and payment matters are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
