Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy: You have 14 days to return unopened, undamaged products. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@dxuk.uk or call us at 01708 378530. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds: If you cancel your contract, we will refund the price you paid for the products and any delivery costs. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
