EVRY Services
Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, we will endeavor to dispatch all items the same working day if ordered before 2:30 PM. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed outside of these times will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Standard: Generally delivered within an average of 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.
Next Day: Delivery in 1 working day to most UK destinations (if order before 12 noon).
For your peace of mind, we may dispatch higher value orders with a service that requires a signature on delivery, or we may split an order into multiple parcels.

Same Day Delivery
To qualify for same day delivery, your order must be placed and paid for by 2 PM Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). If an order is paid for after 2 PM, we will do our best to deliver it the same day, but we cannot guarantee it. Orders paid for at the weekend (or on a bank holiday) will be delivered the next working day.
Deliveries are generally made at any time between 10 AM and 7 PM Monday to Friday, so please bear this in mind, especially if ordering to a business address.
Please ensure that you have provided us with your phone number when choosing this option as we may need to call you when delivering your order.
Wherever possible, we’ll make sure that your order is small enough to be pushed through your letterbox. For larger items, this won’t be possible, so somebody will need to be at the delivery address to accept the parcel. If we attempt to deliver during the above stated time period and nobody is available to accept the delivery, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to re-attempt delivery the same day, so we reserve the right to try again the next working day.
If deliveries are affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic conditions/accidents, or similar, we will re-attempt delivery at the earliest possible convenience. In this situation, we will call you and let you know.
