Once we receive payment confirmation for your order, we will endeavor to dispatch all items the same working day if ordered before 2:30 PM.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed outside of these times will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Standard: Generally delivered within an average of 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation Rights: As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 during the period set out in our Return Policy.
Return Policy: You have 14 days to return unopened, undamaged products. To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@dxuk. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds: If you cancel your contract, we will refund the price you paid for the products and any delivery costs. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
